This course is a continuation of MAC 2311 and covers techniques and applications of integration, including logarithmic, exponential, hyperbolic, and inverse trigonometric functions; integration by parts and partial fractions; numerical integration (trapezoid and Simpson’s rules); applications to area, volume, and work; analytic geometry; Taylor approximations; sequences and series; and polar representation of complex numbers. This course satisfies the Gordon Rule computational requirement and is a General Education course.
